Maintaining integrity and innovating to cultivate new thinking in problem solving

In order to comprehensively summarize the work results in the first half of 2025 and further improve the comprehensive quality of management cadres and team cohesion, from July 5 to 6, 2025, the company organized all middle and senior management cadres to go out to carry out the first half of the year summary and management cadre leadership improvement training team building activities.

This event invited Dr. He Ermao from Henan Institute of Science and Technology and Dr. Li Yanan from Henan Polytechnic University to give lectures on the themes of “Dare to Innovate and Empower Growth” and “Artificial Intelligence and DeepSeek Empower Enterprise Office and Management,” respectively. During the training, Dr. He discussed the nature, causes, and methods of innovation, and how companies in the new era should face new challenges and implement new initiatives. Technology changes the industry, and innovation changes the future. Improving new quality productivity and enabling growth are the survival wisdom of enterprises in opening up new situations in the changing situation. In the training on artificial intelligence empowering enterprise office management, Dr. Li Yanan proposed new office ideas such as intelligent customer service for enterprises by demonstrating and applying intelligent software such as DeepSeek, IMA, and OfficeAI.

The training in the two courses has brought about a cognitive revolution, enabling management cadres to shift their thinking from “how to do” to “how to think”. All cadres should have firm confidence, dare to innovate, and inject new vitality into the development of the enterprise.

Afterward, each department head gave a summary report on their department’s six-month work and engaged in brainstorming sessions. Department representatives presented opinions and suggestions on seven areas, including shipping and logistics, and training and development, engaging in lively discussions based on practical situations. Finally, General Manager Xiang Wenli delivered a concluding speech, urging the company to have a clear vision for its development, to be courageous in confronting shortcomings, to implement effective methods, and to promptly address any issues identified. All management personnel should unite and contribute to achieving the company’s goals.
