Based on the principle of cryogenic distillation, this device deeply cools and liquefies air. Utilizing the differences in boiling points of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, the gases are separated through multiple distillations in a distillation tower, ultimately producing high-purity oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. It can produce up to 3,500 cubic meters per hour of oxygen, 2,000 cubic meters per hour of nitrogen, and 100 cubic meters per hour of argon. Oxygen purity is at least 99.6%, nitrogen purity is 99.999%, and argon purity is as high as 99.9995%, fully meeting the stringent gas quality requirements of various industrial scenarios.
