The company recently held a special meeting on production safety, aiming to further strengthen safety awareness among all employees, strengthen safety throughout the product lifecycle, and safeguard the company’s high-quality development. Management, production departments, technical teams, quality inspection personnel, and other relevant personnel gathered to discuss key issues and improvement strategies for product safety production.

The company’s production safety manager conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current safety situation during product production, transportation, and use. He emphasized that the safety performance of cryogenic liquid storage tanks, as specialized pressure vessels, is directly related to energy transportation safety and the safety of people’s lives and property. In recent years, with the widespread use of cryogenic liquid storage tanks in energy transportation and industrial applications, market requirements for their safety and reliability have become increasingly stringent. The company must always prioritize production safety and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to safety hazards.

The technical department provided a detailed introduction to the safety technical standards and process improvement measures for LNG tank containers. From the selection of specialized tank materials to the application of high-vacuum multi-layer insulation technology, every production detail is crucial to product safety. The company continues to increase R&D investment and optimize production processes to ensure stable operation of LNG tank containers under extreme conditions, including temperatures as low as -196°C and pressures of 0.8 MPa. Furthermore, an intelligent production monitoring system has been introduced to provide real-time monitoring of key processes, such as tank welding and pressure testing, effectively improving product quality and stability.

The head of the quality inspection department shared the company’s rigorous quality control procedures at the meeting. Every cryogenic liquid storage tank leaving the factory undergoes dozens of rigorous inspections, including geometric volume measurement, pressure testing, and vacuum testing, to ensure that product parameters meet design standards. Specifically, safety device testing involves repeated commissioning and verification of key components such as safety valves and emergency shut-off valves to ensure rapid response in emergencies and safe transportation and storage.

The meeting also included an interactive exchange session, where frontline employees actively shared their safety production experiences and practical operational challenges. Management highly valued employee suggestions for optimizing safety operating procedures during transportation and loading and unloading, organized on-site discussions with relevant departments, and developed improvement plans. Furthermore, the company announced plans to conduct full-staff safety training and emergency drills to enhance employees’ safety skills and emergency response capabilities.
