CNCD is actively investing in the construction of an industrial gas supply system to build an advanced air separation equipment project. This equipment is located in China, as a gas production core hub, it meets the demand of high-purity oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc. gases in various industries such as chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, etc.

Key Equipment Configuration

Air Compressor: A centrifugal compressor is selected, offering high efficiency, energy saving, stability, and reliability. The pressurization process consumes low energy and ensures stable air input.

Fracturing Tower: Utilizing an all-stainless steel structured packing tower, the packing boasts a large surface area, resulting in high gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency, enhancing distillation separation and ensuring gas purity. The tower is equipped with a precise temperature and pressure monitoring system for real-time control of operating parameters.

Cold Box System: An integrated high-efficiency plate-fin heat exchanger features a compact design, minimizing equipment footprint and reducing refrigeration energy consumption. An intelligent temperature control device maintains a stable low-temperature environment in the fractionating tower.
